Education

I studied international economic law at the University of Basel and at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. During my studies, I worked as a research assistant to Prof. Mark Pieth.

After my studies, I spent two years in Peru, supporting criminal justice and law enforcement authorities in matters of international economic criminal law and mutual legal assistance. In 2022, I obtained a Doctorate in Law (Dr. iur.) from the University of Basel with a dissertation on international mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.

Legal practice

Following internships in the Canton of Bern and at the Federal Criminal Court, I was admitttet to the Bar in 2025. Since then, I have been working as an attorney, primarily for individuals and institutions affected as victims of economic crimes. Furthermore, I am active in general criminal law and international mutual legal assistance.

I advise in German, English, Spanish, and French.
