Stefan Lenz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am Stefan Lenz, attorney at law and former federal prosecutor. I specialize in economic criminal law \u2013 particularly in combating international corruption and money laundering.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Attorney at Law \/ Former Federal Prosecutor and Inquiry Officer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From 2002 to 2016, as a federal prosecutor with the Swiss Office of the Attorney General, I led large and complex criminal investigations, particularly in the area of international corruption and money laundering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In collaboration with other federal prosecutors and the Swiss Federal Criminal Police, I led extensive, cross-border proceedings. These included, among others, the successfully concluded cases against Alstom, a member of the Gaddafi family, as well as numerous investigations related to the Petrobras\/Odebrecht scandal in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After starting my own law practice, I worked part-time for the Federal Office of Transport conducting complex investigations in the area of subsidy fraud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Practice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I now use my knowledge and experience for persons and institutions involved in economic crimes as accused parties or affected as victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Network<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Throughout my career, I have built close contacts with leading prosecutors worldwide as well as with the investigative authorities of the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
