At the invitation of Members of the Swiss National Council Marc Jost (EVP/BE) and Christian Dandrès (SP/GE), Stefan Mbiyavanga presented, at the Federal Parliament building, the findings of joint research conducted with Nadja Capus of the University of Neuchâtel on the criminal law mechanisms available for the recovery of corruption proceeds for victim states. Representatives of the Basel Institute on Governance and Public Eye also delivered presentations.
